1. Overview

PhotoFocus provides privacy request options for users who want to access, correct, delete, or manage personal information associated with their account or event photo access.

These choices are related to the PhotoFocus mobile application and related web services. Requests are reviewed and processed according to applicable laws, technical limitations, security requirements, and event management responsibilities.

2. Available Privacy Requests

Users may contact PhotoFocus for the following privacy-related requests:

• Account deletion: Request deletion of your PhotoFocus account where applicable.
• Data deletion: Request deletion of personal information associated with your account.
• Profile correction: Request correction of your name, email address, phone number, or other account information.
• Photo removal: Request removal or review of a photo associated with you in a supported event gallery.
• Face matching data request: Request information about or deletion of face matching data associated with you, where applicable.
• Access request: Request information about personal data associated with your account or event access.

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your account before processing the request.

4. Account Deletion Requests

If you request account deletion, PhotoFocus may delete or deactivate account information associated with you, subject to legal, security, technical, or operational requirements.

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period if required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or service integrity.

5. Photo and Event Data Requests

Event photos may be managed by event organizers or authorized photo providers. If your request relates to a specific event photo, please include the event name, event code, and any information that helps us identify the relevant photo.

PhotoFocus will review the request and may coordinate with the relevant event organizer where necessary.

6. Face Matching Data Requests

Face-based search is used to help users find photos that may include them within supported event galleries. Users may contact us to request information about or deletion of face matching data associated with them, where applicable.

7. Response Time

We aim to review privacy requests as soon as reasonably possible. The response time may vary depending on the nature of the request, verification requirements, event organizer involvement, and applicable legal rules.

4. Hesap Silme Talepleri

Hesap silme talebinde bulunmanız halinde PhotoFocus, sizinle ilişkili hesap bilgilerini geçerli yasal, güvenlik, teknik veya operasyonel gereklilikler kapsamında silebilir veya devre dışı bırakabilir.

Bazı bilgilerin yasal uyumluluk, güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, uyuşmazlık yönetimi veya hizmet bütünlüğü için sınırlı süreyle saklanması gerekebilir.

5. Fotoğraf ve Etkinlik Verisi Talepleri

Etkinlik fotoğrafları etkinlik organizatörleri veya yetkili fotoğraf sağlayıcıları tarafından yönetilebilir. Talebiniz belirli bir etkinlik fotoğrafıyla ilgiliyse, ilgili etkinlik adı, etkinlik kodu ve fotoğrafın tespit edilmesine yardımcı olacak bilgileri ekleyin.

PhotoFocus talebi inceleyebilir ve gerekli olduğu durumlarda ilgili etkinlik organizatörüyle koordinasyon sağlayabilir.

6. Yüz Eşleştirme Verisi Talepleri

Yüz arama özelliği, kullanıcıların desteklenen etkinlik galerilerinde kendilerini içerebilecek fotoğrafları bulmasına yardımcı olmak için kullanılır. Kullanıcılar, uygun olduğu durumlarda kendileriyle ilişkili yüz eşleştirme verileri hakkında bilgi veya silme talebi iletebilir.

7. Yanıt Süresi

Gizlilik taleplerini makul olan en kısa sürede incelemeyi hedefleriz. Yanıt süresi; talebin türüne, kimlik doğrulama gerekliliklerine, etkinlik organizatörüyle koordinasyon ihtiyacına ve geçerli yasal kurallara göre değişebilir.
